Hi Alex,

Kimberly is out today. I am her coworker. We changed UAM > Settings > Taxonomies to Yes. That did not fix the issue. What should we do next?

I just went to check out the old version to see what the difference is, and it looks like it is working now on your main site. What did you do to get it fixed?

No problem. I took a look at the “300 cm x 210 cm PErsian Kashmar Rug” and it looks like either the image name is incorrect or the image is missing. The code is looking for an image at https://thamesorientalcarpets.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/IMG_3802-300×400.jpg. There isn’t an image with that name at that URL. If you go there you get a not found error.

If you go to https://thamesorientalcarpets.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/ it will show you all of the images in that folder. If you look for IMG_3802 you’ll see the following images do exist:

IMG_3802-146×146.jpg
IMG_3802-300×300.jpg
IMG_3802-480×750.jpg
IMG_3802-50×50.jpg
IMG_3802-576×450.jpg
IMG_3802-600×600.jpg
IMG_3802-640×500.jpg
IMG_3802-85×85.jpg
IMG_3802-890×470.jpg
IMG_3802-960×750.jpg

However, there isn’t one named IMG_3802-300×400.jpg which is what the webpage is trying to use. You either need to create an image that is IMG_3802-300×400.jpg or possibly change the page to use the IMG_3802-300×300.jpg. That might be the next best fit.

The same thing is happening with “310 cm x 240 cm Fine Persian bakhtirari Rug”

I used The Connections Business Plugin to do something similar to that. You can list businesses and categorize them any way that you’d like.

Your site doesn’t seem to be coming up at the moment. I’d be happy to look at it when it is up.

This is generally pretty easy to fix. Before doing anything be sure to back up your files and database just in case. To change the domain do the following:

1. Search your code to make sure you don’t have your old domain in the code anywhere. This isn’t super common but can happen especially if you have customized your theme.

2. Use the database search and replace script for WordPress to replace your new domain with the old one in your database.
