Dear @perrnews,
Sure, you can use the “Allow Popup Dismissal” option in the General settings section to disallow users to close the popup until they submit your form.
You can also remove the “close” button to not cause confusion having a “close” button that’s not closing the popup. ??Dear @billwelshie,
No, there’s no need to add the embed code if you have selected the pages with the plugin. The plugin does everything for you! Just select the pages.
Dear @davesnowdy,
Sorry, we don’t have that option in our popups at the moment, but it’s in our upcoming updates.
So keep up with our updates to see the option first!Dear @gregpeck7,
There’s probably an error in your script that’s not allowing to save the popup.
Please, check and fix the error to save the popup.
Or you should enable the “Put this code in iframe” option for your HTML popup element.Dear @desert93,

Dear @dinadea122,
The fields in the popup form are draggable, so you can change the order of the fields dragging them to the position you need.
Only the Email field’s position is fixed now, and you can’t change it at the moment.
Sorry for the current inconvenience, we are going to improve this option in our upcoming updates so you can change the Email field’s position as well.Dear @gaillipovetsky,
Please, make sure the “Cookie Expires” option in the “Show once after” section of your Subscription popup is set “365”. In this case, the cookies will be saved for a year, if the user submits the form once.
But if you want to control popup showing for the users who haven’t subscribed, you should use the “Show only once” option in the General section of your popup as well.Dear @einsinefrank,
