Dear @larrystuart ,
We have just updated the plugin and it can be a cache issue. Could you please first try to hard reload the browser (CTRL/COMMAND + SHIFT + R) then from the Popup Maker plugin click on the “Refresh popup list” button. This should solve the issue.
The alternative way is to include our embed code inside the page/post where you want the popup to be showed.Dear @sjake,
Seems it is a cache issue could you please try to hard reload/refresh the browser tab and then click on the “Refresh popup list” button. After this the enable/disable switch should work as expected.
Dear @frankmoris,
Please, check if you haven’t set a scheduled settings for your popup.
Check if the date in the “Schedule popup” is not outdated. And if it is, please, update the scheduling date or uncheck this option to see your popups again.Dear @chalsmill ,
We suggest you to use the Redirect option of the Subscription popup settings.
Please, go to the Settings section of your Subscription popup element.
In the “After Subscription Form Submitted” options, you should choose “Redirect”.
Add the download link with your PDF file here and it will be downloaded after the form is submitted.Dear @donnalewisdon ,
Please, go and click the “Refresh popup list” in your Popup Maker plugin, and make sure the new popups appear in the list.
If they appear, make sure you enable them.
After enabling the popups, you should click on the Page settings and choose the pages for your popups.
If you have enabled the popups, selected the pages, and still can’t see the popups, please, clear the cache on your site.
If you are using a caching plugin, please, clear the cache via it as well.Hello @mellewis,
We have checked your website and the issue you are facing is related to your server and not our plugin. Below is the screenshot what we can see when trying to access your website.
https://prnt.sc/okglcnOnce you solve the issue on your back end everything should work as expected and in case of any questions our support team will be happy to help you ??
Our support email is [email protected]
P.S. We will be very thankful if you consider your review as it is not related to our plugin/service but your server and it is not fair to have a bad review when the case is not related to us.
Thanks!
Dear @lunasmallsluna ,
I’m afraid, we don’t have an option to automatically send newsletter when a new post is published at the moment.
There are 2 alternative solutions we can offer for this case.
1. You can schedule the newsletter sending date according to the day of your new post creation.
So if you are planning to publish the post on day X, for example, you can specify that date in your newsletter and it will be automatically sent that day.
2. The second solution is creating a custom permission for your blogger, so they can access your newsletter and send it every time they publish a new post.
How to manage Sub-Accounts in Popup Maker?Dear @leejones32 ,
If you setup popup showing frequency by days (365 days in your case, so the visitor will see the popup only once) option we will not count it as a page view.
With pageview, we refer to each time the popup loads on the page(s) it is embedded on. Suppose you have setup an onclick popup and in this case, we load all the data (images, text, js, other resources) inside the page to make the popup work as it should when the visitor clicks on the button/text. In case the visitor doesn’t click on the element (which triggers the popup opening) we count it as a pageview as all the data was loaded and our servers served your request.
Dear @jenduanjen ,
You can set an opening limitation for your popup via the “Popup showing frequency by days” option.
Set the “Cookie Expires” value “365” and the popup will stop opening again to the same user.
Check the following knowledgebase article for more details, please:

You can select the position of the content parts of your popup dragging the blocks in the popup. Add each element with a new block and customize the position for each in the popup.
Dear @royjhonson11p,
This message is caused by Aggressive1 and Aggressive2 modes of the Exit Intent option.
Please, choose the Aggressive3 mode for your exit intent popup or the Soft mode to get rid of that message.Dear @lunabrown813,
You have added the popup on your site both, via an embed code and the plugin options.
Please, remove the embed code from your site and enable the popups via the plugin only.Dear @sonannones,
Sure, we have an integration with ActiveCampaign service.
You can use the embed codes of your ActiveCampaign forms in the HTML element of Popup Maker to display them in the popup.Dear @donnadone4,
By default, our Subscription popup is set not to show the popup to the users who once subscribe.
So you can simply create your Subscription popup and add it to your site without any limitations.
This way, the popup will appear until the user subscribes.
You can use the “Show once after” option in the Settings section of your Subscription popup element options if you wish to show the popup again to the subscribed users, anyway.
