Dear @darleneherbert ,
Unfortunately, we don’t have an option for detecting the last tab of the website to show the exit popup in that case.
You can select any page you wish for showing the popup on exit, you can also combine the Exit Intent event with our “After X Pages Visit” option in order to mention the number of pages, after visiting which, the popup will appear on exit.Dear @bezelle310 ,
The line breaks appear in the popup because the text of the popup is larger than the popup itself.
Please, increase the size of your popup for a little bit in order to fix the line breaks.Dear @rajeshchak ,
At the moment, we provide 2 positions for the floating button, the corner and the basic one.
We don’t have any custom positioning options for the button at the moment.Dear @natalysc1995 ,
We don’t have the BBC option for the email notifications at the moment, but we are planning to have it in our future updates.
Dear @freemanlil89 ,
Please, check if you haven’t set any showing limitation on your popup via Popup showing frequency option:

2. Another reason can be if you are using a Subscription popup type, and you have submitted the form once.
It’s set to hide for the users who subscribe once, by default.
You may change this setting in the Settings section of your Subscription popup element options, in the “Show once after” -> “Cookie Expires” option of your popup.Dear @gregoryperkuins ,
Our plugin is operated via Admin role, by default.
Please, make sure you have Admin permissions on your Dashboard to see the plugin in the menu.Dear @markjonnies7 ,
We can’t detect if there’s an adblocker on your website or not, actually adblockers are available as browser extensions.
You can check your browser to see if there are adblockers on your end.
But we can see that your popup is active and opens on your website.
You can check the statistics, also see the popup in an incognito window if it doesn’t show in the normal mode for you.Dear @sebastianmiles ,
We do not have an integration with Adsense at the moment.
But we do have an HTML popup element which allows using Adsense in our popups.
We have a couple of users that use Adsense in our popups that way.
You can add the code there and check yourself.

How to use a html element in a popupHi @barry ,
Thank you very much for looking into this problem.
We will check that and will update the plugin as soon as possible. We will keep you informed once the issue has been fixed.
Thanks!
Dear @filesmorty88 ,
Our popups can be added to static buttons only. If the button in your slider is a dynamic one, the popup won’t load on click on that button.
This is because the popup data doesn’t manage to load properly when the button is appearing/disappearing automatically.Dear @milesgregs27 ,
Thank you for reporting the issue!
Those special characters are not in UTF 8 format that’s why we couldn’t detect them.
We have already fixed this so there won’t be any problems with special characters anymore.
Feel free to let us know if you have more notices to make our service even better.Dear @tommyson ,
You can’t actually add a link to your background image, but if you want to redirect users when the popup’s image is clicked, you can do the following:
Just go to the General section of your popup settings and check the “Behavior On Content Click” option.
Here you can add a Redirect Url which will process when the popup is clicked: https://prnt.sc/qyf5fgDear @jeffyun123 ,
