Even with the upgrade to 2.5.1 and making everyone an ADMIN (!!!!) to the site, nobody is able to add comments to my site. (Yes, I demoted the “fake” admins.)

Any suggestions/advice?

The response to this question was AMAZING!! However, before I was able to try any of the suggestions, RC2 came out and fixed the issue. Thanks again!!
