Update for clarity: I’m experiencing this issue locally as well as on a remote server, and have also tested disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce (which is required to activate the Ultimate Gift Cards plugin), and the Ultimate Gift Cards Plugin and the issue persists.
I also tried updating the WooCommerce plugin to Version 4.0, and other versions of 4.X given the MWB Ultimate Gift Cards product page lists the required version as 4.0 and up, and I still have the same error message when trying to access the settings page.
I also just realized that the plugin as it is installed on the site is listed as “WooCommerce Ultimate Gift Card” and is in a plugin directory named “woocommerce-ultimate-gift-card” (https://share.mattsoria.com/Screen-Shot-2021-05-27-14-06-30.11.jpg), yet the most recent download of the plugin is labeled “Ultimate Gift Cards for WooCommerce” and in a plugin directory named “woo-gift-cards-lite” (https://share.mattsoria.com/Screen-Shot-2021-05-27-14-08-49.55/) —?did the plugin change naming at some point, and is this possibly the source of my issues?
@mkscripts — I am having the same issue. I tried uninstalling all other plugins on the site and tested it again but the download button still does nothing. I’m not getting any js errors on the page and like the other posters it worked just fine in the preview, but it doesn’t work on any pages or posts. Here’s a test page with it up: https://plantchicago.org/small-businesses/toolkit/
