I understand. I have sent another email and hope to have some new details soon. We have been raising the memory limit but finally raised the memory limit in wp-config. It was at 96MB but we raised it to 256MB. My host seems to think this was related to a Memory Issue.

If he finds anything in the log, I will report back.

Thanks for responding. My host who runs the server says the internal server error occurs when the process restarts.

Well I wouldn’t say it was fully resolved.

We have been getting some 500 – Internal Server Error’s randomnly. And then they clear up.

Well over the past week we have been experiencing a sluggish site. (Another problem, no way to diagnose). We believe it is related to too many files on the server for something completely unrelated.

However, last night around midnight the website quit loading. When trying to access to the main site or the admin, the browser would just spin.

A reboot fixed the problem. However, there are no logs or anything to determine why this happened.

Another new problem:

I cannot get the dropdown to center like the button is. The theme developer recommended putting in on a new line using td/tr … I don’t have any html knowledge.

Here is the page – https://travelingmailbox.com/new-pricing – The culprit is on the right where you see the drop down and the paypal button. I just want the drop down to center above the button. Any suggestions?

Fixed with the help of the theme developer.

I have posted something on their support forum but I have not heard back yet. They are normally very good about responding but it must be because of the weekend.
