We only use shipping classes on variable products and not simple so it’s hard to tell. But it sounds like this may be my fix. I’ll try it out on my staging site later today and see how it goes.

Zones are working, shipping methods are working, but shipping classes are not working within table rates. Items that should have a special shipping class are defaulting to the rate without a class specified. ….I hope this makes sense, it’s awkward to explain.

It could definitely be the Table Rate plugin breaking with this version of WC. But I figured i’d start here and see if anyone else was experiencing issues.

I have this same issue. Using faq_name will work but could potentially be a problem if you want to edit questions in the future. Oh and faq_name will not work with characters like apostrophes or ampersands, so no contractions for you!

I removed those irregular characters and those JavaScript errors are still happening. I noticed that when the page loads, those errors are not there, but once you start typing in a search they start to appear and repeat. Error is here: https://imgur.com/a/nqyPZ

I know next to nothing about JavaScript but to me it looks like this plugin’s live search is conflicting with my theme’s global live search. Is there any way to fix this? I don’t want to get rid of my global live search..

Thanks for the response! I just realized that I actually have ‘FAQ Auto Complete Titles” set to “Yes” and it is not working. It is also reeaaally slow when retrieving results. Maybe it’s related? Any idea what would cause this? You can see it here: https://hennacolorlab.com/henna-faq/

Just talked to WP Engine support. They removed caching from that page and now it works!

I am having this same exact issue and do not have a multi-site setup. However, I am also hosted by WP engine. Since this occurs on production but not staging, I wonder if it is a caching issue?

Thanks Jordy. If you checked the link I provided, it is sluggish because it is a staging site and has no caching and is on a shared server. Our production site is much faster.
