In reply to: [Guest Order Migrator for WooCommerce] ok butOur plugin simply changes the user ID assigned to the order, so billing and shipping info remain exactly as they were. If you had reached out via a support ticket, we could have helped troubleshoot, as this sounds like a plugin conflict on your site. Leaving a misleading review without seeking support first isn’t exactly fair, but if you’d like help resolving this, we’re still happy to assist.

In reply to: [Category Notices for WooCommerce] RubbishWe’re sorry you didn’t have any luck with our plugin, but the lack of information doesn’t help us troubleshoot the issues you’re having. We’ve setup our clients with this plugin and haven’t had any issues. If you email our customer support (we’re currently having issues with www.remarpro.com sending notification emails) we’d be more than happy troubleshooting conflicts with other plugins you may have installed.

In reply to: [Product Redirection for WooCommerce] Redirection with anchor doesn’t workApologies for the late reply, we realize we aren’t receiving notification emails from WordPress. Our plugin doesn’t rewrite redirection URLs, but if you have SEO plugins such as Yoast installed, it could be setting canonical urls for that specific page.
The latest version has been pushed to resolve this issue.

In reply to: [Product Redirection for WooCommerce] Errors Upon InstallationApologies for the late response, we didn’t get an email for this thread, which we have resolved through our email service provider. Are you currently running the latest version? The reason we ask is the error trace reports back to an empty line which couldn’t be causing the error.

This error happens due to an admin notice being displayed upon activation causing output during the activation process, we’ll have it fixed in the next release. While the plugin will still work with this error, the error is triggered due to WooCommerce not being installed, which is a requirement for Product Redirections to work or a conflict with another plugin is happening. The error should still be displayed, which if you post it, we can also assist you with resolving.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base documentation & wiki plugin - BasePress Docs] Same slugAlso I was able to migrate WeDocs to your plugin, but I had to use the Permalink Manager Pro plugin to get the urls the way I wanted. It was very cumbersome, but I have it where I like it now.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base documentation & wiki plugin - BasePress Docs] Same slugAwesome thank you! Would love to use this!

In reply to: [Knowledge Base documentation & wiki plugin - BasePress Docs] Same slugWeDocs is able to do this. I believe they are doing it by using pages because WordPress considers child page slugs to be unique. Is this something that could be implemented or if I add in this functionality would you accept a PR? I like y’alls plugin more, and this helps with SEO.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base documentation & wiki plugin - BasePress Docs] Same slugSorry I should have given more info. It shouldn’t have to do this for articles though correct?
Example
domain.com/documentation/plugin-1/getting-started/
domain.com/documentation/plugin-2/getting-started/Currently I can not create 2 getting started sections even though I am under a different knowledgebase. If I try to do this, it changes it from /getting-started/ to /getting-started-plugin-2/

In reply to: [Redirection] Suggestion: Email NotificationsEssentially we were going to look into executing the email before you delete old logs, but if logs are over 10,000 it deletes the cron and creates a new one to handle larger logs, so if we sent weekly it’s possible the email would not contain all of the 404s.
If there was a hook we could probably get it to work, but since we plan on abandoning this and you had considered doing this, we feel you would have more use for our code. It’s also already been approved as a WordPress plugin. What would be the best way to send this to you?
We don’t want to send it as a PR as it’s not complete since we are worried about the above issue with missing logs in emails.
