This has been my exact same problem too! You’re right that ?feed=rss2 works, but my atom feed still doesn’t work – still only shows comments. doesn’t this have to be something in the index.php file or something, that is pointing the wrong files to the feed?

This sounds similar to my problem though (here) – it happened about two days ago. Are your comments feeding? (and the prob is independent of reader)

Also it’s not the theme; it does it in my old theme (orange sky) too. The posts just aren’t getting syndicated. Never seen this problem before. Would really appreciate help!
