    Hi,

    unfortunately nothing has changed.
I’ve disabled the plugin “Members” and “Ultimate Member”.

Were you meaning that I should uninstall them completely? Disable them is not enough?

If it could be easier for you I could send to you the list of installed plugins.

Thank you very much for your help,
    regards,
    Edoardo

    Hi,

    thank you for the feedback.

I’ve double checked if the domain is whitelisted from my FB page, and it is.
I tried to find out some relations between theme and fb, but I did not find anything related to FB from the settings.

What should I send to you via messenger? Do you need my admin credentials to the website?

P.s: the theme that I’m using is named “AllStar – WordPress Club Theme” (https://themeforest.net/item/allstar-wordpress-club-theme/12804758)

    Thank you very much,
    regards,
    Edoardo

I’m sorry, here the main question:
    Is this the real problem?
If so, how can I find which is the plugin that generates this conflict?

I tried by disableing the most common plugins (ex: Likebox Widget for FB), but that HTML part still remain.

    Thank you
