Thanks. That is (or those are) the issues. The screen movement (it kept moving me to the end of the editor every time and I had to scroll up again every time to where I inserted the paragraph) and the inserted line breaks. Maybe the other issue (but I guess that was just me) was trying to create a list block and then copying a sentence from that huge paragraph and trying to paste it in the list, the sentence would not paste inside the list, but in the next line below the list and I would have to press backspace so that the sentence appears in the circle for the list.. But I will bookmark the ticket and follow up on it. It is the only issue (plus an issue raised about Grammarly in another ticket) that is making me not adopt Gutenberg plugin, but I guess the Grammarly thing is not as important as this one.

Will the URLs in the add file section be replaced too if I use a script in MyPHPAdmin? (those with like home/user/public_html/files/…). Coz I think those are the culprits in this case.

Hi. Try this pdf https://cob.go.ke/?wpdmdl=10738 (locate the summary section and copy like three to five paragraphs and paste them in Gutenberg. Then try to assign paragraphs like after three to five sentences). Or could the issue be the paragraphs for the pdf not replicating in Gutenberg editor?

I faced a similar problem in my tests. Hope the solution is found by Grammarly before WordPress 5.0 ships in.

Indeed I also tried to debug the links to my posts on twitter https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator and they return the message “ERROR: No card found (Card error)” since the last update. Yoast should check out this issue.

In fact, when I purge cache with fast velocity minify, it resets WP fastest cache settings. I guess that is what is bringing the problem.

What I mean by Twitter is that I have connected my Facebook page to share posts on Twitter. The normal Twitter connection is okay with the plugin. Just Facebook posts not appearing to anyone but me as the admin, despite the page being public.

This is not resolved yet. So I updated but most of my excluded posts were removed and I had to redo them again with the new version 8.0.4. Then when I clicked on show only excluded posts, they were reset again when I turned off the option. Guess I will have to stick with version 7.4.8 and disable updates for now.

Again, as someone mentioned elsewhere, the sharing queue is empty despite everything being configured to work ss it should. Will be following on the updates until a stable solution is found. Thanks

The issue recurred. I don’t really understand the new option to exclude posts. I like the older one coz I can go through each individual posts and mark them out individually. I have not limited posts to a certain date and opted to use the exclude feature instead for individual posts going way back to 2014, which the new update is disrupting. I don’t know how the new update will go with the exclude posts option (other than that everything else I like). So I will roll back for now until I am able to understand that option in my staging environment.

Also faced this issue and the only way I was able to make the preview work is changing the post from ‘published’ to ‘draft’.

I still cannot add files to the browse file option. It loads my public html but I cannot open the folder with my files even with version 4.0.5.
