I am trying to solve it with your solution. But when i run https://www.sttrading.sk/wordpress/wp-admin/upgrade.php, then show me page not found.

I am changing it in filezilla and also winSCP. In section properties i can change permissions. There i put 604, but doesnt matter what number am i putting, because it is still same error message.

I thing, it is imposible to get back my files. Is any way, how i can make new WP and copy there this lost web?

This is my full path – C:\wamp\www\mysite\wordpress. I put https://localhost/mysite/wordpress and still not working. The error message is “localhost is unavaiable”.

I changed it to https://localhost/mysite/wordpress, but it still not working. Now i have another problem – web site does not exist or unavaible.
