hi, if you got thousands of visitors a day, please activate the database clean up setting, and reduce the number of days when a search term considered unused and not needed anylonger.

for 5k a day, 7 to 30 days auto clean up is OK.

because of this kind of problem, i decided to make the auto cleanup on by default, and can’t be turn off.

no, there is no limitation for this plugin. you can install it in unlimited blog.

in your 2nd blog, do you see any error log in your public_html folder? can you find any error related to stt2 plugin?

just fyi, when you save changes, the plugin will automatically delete all blocked bad words that already recorded in the database.

i don’t really familiar with wp supercache, as far as i know, wp super cache create a static version (html) of the page.

then most probably, because it is a static html file, all visitors coming to the static page will never be recorded.

if you force a page not to cache, then when you put stt2 in your sidebar, isn’t it mean all page will never be cached?

in term of w3 total cache, i used it in all my blog along with stt2 plugin, and never counter any problem ??

try to go to wp admin > w3 total cache > database cache settings, then add “stt2_” (without quote) in ignore query stems settings.

#1. i found searchd, but it is belong to another user/site in my vps, is that why this happened? because i already running searchd in another account?

#2. can i use single searchd for every user in my vps?

#3. in my other website where the sphinx successfully installed, i also found this error in my error log:

you can use the adsenseshield script, its free. place the script on root folder, and include the script right after < ?php code in file index.php found on the root folder.
