It seems that there’s an issue with your?WooCommerce?API that prevents us from syncing the products. Unfortunately, it?is outside of our app’s scope to fix this API issue (it has to do with your website configuration) but you can reach out to the WooCommerce?support team to get more information:?https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

Once?your?API?is working as intended, you can trigger a manual?sync?on?your?end:?https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/products-collections-not-showing-choices-dropdown/ It will sync all your products and collections within the app.

Hope this points you in the right direction!

It is possible that another plugin (like a caching or another multilanguage plugin) is blocking access to your API. Could you try to deactivate these plugins temporarily from the WP > Plugins menu and try to authenticate the app?

Unfortunately, it sometimes takes a bit of trial/error to see which plugin is the culprit.

Once the app is authenticated, you should be able activate the plugin back.
