I’m a novice at this but in my Theme (Powered), I navigate to Appearance/Menus. There is a section called Pages. Tick the box if the page of the box you want to put into the menu and then “add to menu”.

The pages can then be sorted via the “main” option in the menu.

so i have changed them both to disputeresolve.co.uk but it is very slow. it takes 7-10 seconds to load a page.

any ideas on that one?:)
