i disabled ljuser and thread comment (after i figured out it could be done via original wordpress). My visual edit bar came back (that was from ljuser eating it). I logged out, enabled commenting by those not registered, and I still can’t find it. Is it my theme? What’s going on? Help would be awesome.

I hope it all gets resolved for you. Im really sorry! Even though it was the same problem (things not working in the same manner, redirect to 404) they had a different solution.

it doesn’t want to work with certain formats.
I had to set up my permalinks to : https://pmoys.independentchaos.com/blog/?p=123 and it worked. Sorry im new at this. I hope this helps someone else.

ok mine was just fixed.
My permalinks were set up to …blog/index.php/2009/02/sample-post/ format
and i changed it to …blog/?p=123 and it works fine. i hope that works for you!

mine is kind of doing the same thing. i thought it was just the theme but apparently it’s not so. i hope you don’t mind, i’m going to link mine too, just so that you can kind of see it’s the same thing and perhaps both our problems can be resolved.

you know what, i just checked and it’s ALL links. the main page works. no direct links work. it’s weird. please help.
