Getting the error on wordpress too after todays update. Is there a way to downgrade or wuick fix?

its related to older version,

While all agents offline in chat popup:
– “Name”
– “Email”
– “Phone”

When missing required fields by submit offline message
– “Required field”

After sending message:
– text “Your message has been delivered. We wil….text text ………”
– button “Close”

When online:
– Head of popup “Support”
– “Type your message…”
– “Agent xyz joined the chat”
– “Start new”

9.0.11 the fields not translated at frontend.

Where cqn i sent you later the czech mo and po ? With 97% translation done? Could support it.

@bob did you found solution? Exactly same issue here. Godaddy support is teling me its issue with the plugin client. However Ive tried more plugins.

Im using godaddy wordpress shared services with office365, https pages.

I would be really thankfull if you could share solution in case you solved your problem.

Resolved, you are totally right with the FROM field, after changing it from [your-name] to [your-email] the emailing working correctly.

Is there any help?

I have one quick question here. Is it possible to disable by some 3rd party plugin the validation at “State” field totally?

When the settings are:

To deliver to specific countries (CZ+Slovak rep), and user fulfill f. example Germany, it still says that “Fulfill all the fields”..doesnt work for Germany, Poland etc – so I assume its cause of “State” field.

Im bit tired to fight with theme developers which are saying that its woocommerce issue, so I would like to make all STATE fields as non required to get rid of this message. Could you suggest something Mike?

I mean, the “State” field (its logical there) appear by default right?

But, once you having the mentioned usecase, the state field persist there, till you will click at update button, so, this is moreless an improvement suggestion > to hide the field “State” by ajax or whatever code once there is selected in “Country” field Country which has no state…

We had that issue at international flat rate, using marketplace where shop owners settings of int flat rate overrides the default value, hovever after update to 4.x that field was left empty and we spend few days to figure out that no dummy ‘0’ value is preset anymore ?? thought that its the same ??

If you are using w3tc, the issue lies there. We had similar issue, disabling the page caching at https pages did the job.

But maybe its different kind of issue..just suggesting
