In reply to: [Download Manager] Set max width for displayHi,
Thanks – changing to bootstrap 3 has helped. I’ll play around with the different templates.
Is there a way to hide the ellipsis? My downloads have no description and it looks odd:https://www.dropbox.com/s/zfrcg4rnar6igaw/Screenshot%202020-02-03%20at%2020.06.04.png?dl=0

In reply to: [Download Manager] Set max width for displayFor anyone else wondering, switching to bootstrap 3 in the settings makes download manager respect the size of it’s container.

In reply to: Plugin Active Installs stats in repositoryYes, that’s my point, the stats reporting seems to be broken. According to the stats you have 10,000+ active installs on a plugin that’s only had 656 downloads altogether!
Something isn’t working right.

In reply to: Plugin Active Installs stats in repositoryI guess I’ll twiddle my thumbs.
My concern is about the accuracy of the stats and how the mechanism works – if they’re being provided they should be accurate, even if there’s a delay. I know the number of active installs is more than five, and could be well up into the double digits, and has been for several days. I’ve got no problem if it takes X days to update the stat due to caching. I’d just like to know what the cache levels are so that I can judge if there’s a problem with the stats reporting mechanism, a problem with my plugin that means people are ditching it as soon as they see it, or something else.
Do you know what the system is in terms of cache levels etc?
Like you said, I’m “a volunteer that generously contributed code and time for free”. And although I contribute time and effort for free I’d like to know there’s some point to it and that people are using it. Otherwise what’s the point?

In reply to: Plugin Active Installs stats in repositoryHi,
Yes, I figured there would be some level of caching – but the API (which isn’t cached) still reports 0. Also, it’s been four days and I know that several sites installed the plugin on launch day. So how long is the caching?!
Thanks.
