Thank you for your query. I checked the links you sent and it looks like you accidentally formatted the shortcodes as ‘Code’.

This is the html output from one of the fields on your site:
<div class="um-field-label"><code><label for="jci_training_provided">JCI Training Courses Provided:</label><div class="um-clear"></div></code></div>

Notice the <code> brackets which shouldn’t be there. You can resolve this by simply highlighting all the content in the tab you created and clicking on the remove formatting button or by changing the formatting to something like “paragraph”.

The problem is that the tab slug is created from the tab title, so please attempt the following in WP Admin:

In the top menu bar, click on “Screen Options” and enable “Slug”. At the bottom of the tab edit screen a slug input box will appear. Enter a Latin (or URL-friendly) slug here before saving the tab.

I haven’t heard of such a problem before. Are you using the latest version of the plugin?

Also, can you provide me with the names of the custom tabs? This could theoretically cause an issue.

Great, glad you figured it out. The shortcode basically allows you to sort profile info different tabs whereas the default setup shows all info in the main tab. Thanks for the video!
