I managed to solve the issue by myself… For anyone having the same problem:
Instead adding 0 to “Stock” this field should be empty and the Product is then hidden on the frontend.
Status:
If all variations have no available option, the product is hidden on the frontend and the “Enable stock management at product level” will be disabled.
If one variation is available, it is visible on the page, and the “Enable stock management at product level” will be disabled.
