While we understand that this may be a disappointing change for some lifetime customers, we would like to clarify that this policy has been in place for the past three years.
We made the decision to charge lifetime license owners for ongoing technical support in order to provide more sustainable support to all of our customers and to continue developing and improving the plugin. We recognize that this may not be an ideal situation for some lifetime customers, but we believe that paying for ongoing support is necessary for the continued success and improvement of the plugin.
Regarding the issue you reported, we would like to assure you that we are committed to fixing it without any charge. However, we would like to clarify that even if it is a bug, the debugging process takes time and can be unique for every site. Our support team will work diligently to identify and resolve the issue, but it may require a significant amount of time and resources to do so.
We take pride in the quality and reliability of the Booster plugin and we are committed to providing the best possible product and service to our customers.

5.5.9 is 3 releases behind.

We have done a root cause analysis and have found the issue.
We are taking extra precautions going forward to catch these type of issues ahead of time.

Please roll back to 5.5.0 (previous version released on Dec 29th 2021) to get your site running.
and yes we are thinking about the root cause and will make sure this does not happen again!
