    Our analysis suggests that this issue is likely linked to one or more specific files on your blog. When these files are compressed into a ZIP archive, the process exceeds the memory limits allocated by PHP, leading to the inability to complete the backup. It is not related to the download process.

    Upon reviewing your case, it seems that the current challenge stems from an inability to finalize the ZIP archive during the backup process. This appears to be the issue than the initial concern regarding the transfer of archives to pCloud.

    In addition to note that pCloud, along with many leading cloud storage services, does not support backups over FTP protocol. This limitation affects our ability to implement the feature you’ve requested directly.

    However, the focus seems to pivot towards the ZIP archive finalization within our plugin.

    To ensure we address this comprehensively, we kindly ask you to reach out to pCloud support for any specific insights or assistance they can offer regarding their service.     Hello @cboles, we have just released a new version, better documented, faster backup, much more stable, with additional extras.     Hello @ympker , please, click on the “debug” button, right above the black info window, the content of the window will change, you will see much more lines there. Please, copy all lines in the black window and send them to [email protected] , so we can future investigate the issue.

    Hello,
    no size limit, if the server is able to create the backup ZIP file, and it can be successfully uploaded without issues to our servers – the size doesn’t matter. And of course you need to have enough space in your pCloud to be able to store all these ZIP files.

    Hello,
    sometimes it seems that the plugin has issue creating the ZIP archive, very soon we will release new version with more debug related to the Zipping process. We expect to behave better than the current version.

    Can you try once again using the “Backup Now!” button, and if you see some errors in the debug info window – please post them here, so we investigate for issues?
