In reply to: How to avoid users posts contain URLsThank you for taking your time to help me.
I’d like something the would automatically prevent post from being saved but it is a start.
Regards.
Oh. I almost forgot:
on IE (version 8) only facebook’s like button is loaded.
Regards.
Hi, drumba.
I’ve uninstalled other +1 plugins and FB plugins.
I’ve deactivated each plug-in I’m using on my blog and then I tested the like and +1 buttons.
+1 button is Ok.
Unfortunately the like button never worked.
In Chrome I saw on menu->tools->JavaScript console the following error after I’ve liked the page:
Unsafe JavaScript attempt to access frame with URL https://blog.plicatibu.com/test-of-wplike2get/ from frame with URL https://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?action=recommend&channel_url=http%3A%2F%2Fstatic.ak.facebook.com%2Fconnect%2Fxd_arbiter.php%3Fversion%3D6%23cb%3Df6a5ca3ac%26origin%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fblog.plicatibu.com%252Ff20126015c%26domain%3Dblog.plicatibu.com%26relation%3Dparent.parent&colorscheme=light&extended_social_context=false&font=lucida+grande&href=http%3A%2F%2Fblog.plicatibu.com%2Ftest-of-wplike2get%2F&layout=box_count&locale=en_US&node_type=link&sdk=joey&show_faces=false&width=100. Domains, protocols and ports must match. s-static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/v2/ym/r/wUy1zvuHM77.js:71
In the IE, I got the following error on page load:
Webpage error details User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E) Timestamp: Tue, 15 May 2012 21:42:40 UTC Message: 'null' is null or not an object Line: 2 Char: 32039 Code: 0 URI: https://blog.plicatibu.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.7.1
It seems there is an issue with FB button but maybe it’s just a problem with my installation. Is there any other test that I can perform ?
By the way, what do I need to insert into the fields Facebook App-ID and Facebook User-ID. They are empty in my settings.
Thanks.

In reply to: [wpLike2Get] [Plugin: wpLike2Get] feature suggestionHi.
I will deactivate them.
As far as I discover which plug-in is conflicting with wpLike2Get I let you know.
Thanks.

In reply to: [wpLike2Get] [Plugin: wpLike2Get] feature suggestionAnother feature I’d appreciate if you could implement is a protection from the link AFTER it’s been shown to user to prevent he/she shares it.
My idea:
Let me say I have the following link protected by wpLike2get:
https://example.com/path/to/my/resource
Once the user likes, tweets or +1, instead of you show the real link
(https://example.com/path/to/my/resource) it would be better if a fake link likehttps://example.com/082b82c6e8fcfba13ac0abebcd391a5e
were shown to him/her.
Of course your plugin should handle it in order to allow user download the resource.
Moreover, I’d like that this fake link to the resource changed for every time user liked / tweeted / +1.
Why?
Because once the user sees the real link to the resource he/she can share it with other users and you won’t get likes/tweets/+1s anymore.
Regards.
Hi, drumba.
Thanks for replying.
I’ve deactivated the google analytics tracking, all facebook plugins and the +1 plugin.
Now when I tweet I see the link. Unfortunately for Like and +1 the link doesn’t show up.
Any other advice?

In reply to: [wpLike2Get] [Plugin: wpLike2Get] feature suggestionIs it possible to like a specific fan page instead of the page the plugin is installed?
The same way, is it possible to make a +1 of a specific page on Google plus instead of the the page the plugin is installed?
Thanks.
To help you a little bit:
When I insert
[l2g] content to hide [/l2g] it works
When I ask the plugin to protect a download link, it inserts something like
[l2g name=”Penguins” id=”1234″]
Regards.
Hi, Drumba.
I’m having problems with the plug-in. I’m pretty sure it’s something I’m missing but I don’t know what.
Neither facebook, nor tweet nor +1 show the link after I click on them.
The number of likes, of tweets and of +1 are incremented.
Could you help me?

PS: I’ve enabled the link to developer (your plugin) site inn the settings but they don’t show up.
Regards.
