I’m using Go Daddy Managed WordPress, and they had led me to believe the error was in the PHP Settings Plugin. But on further investigation, I think this issues are largely caused by the Go Daddy Object Cache.

Sorry, you’ve probably solved this one already, but just in case you haven’t..

I had exactly the same problem a couple of weeks ago. It seemed to be a bug / conflict in the 1.1.1 version of the Private Messages plugin. UM sent me the 1.1.0 version (and also a 1.1.2 pre-release version) and they both corrected the issue.

If you haven’t already contact UM and ask them for the pre-release version.

I don’t think (not 100% sure, but relatively) you can have the tab descriptions unless you have the profile displaying as fullwidth. So, think you’ll have to ditch the sidebar I’m afraid.

Hi,

The icon descriptions appear automatically, but only when the profile form is displayed on a certain minimum width.

For example, if you have the profile form not the full width of the page the descriptions (probably) won’t display.

If you could attach a full screenshot of the whole page this might be helpful to work out where you’re going wrong.
