Can I create a folder under the Child Theme that would house the Bootstrap framework with changes I need to make to <div class=”col-md-9″>?

How do I upload a photo??? The link I gave you should have explained everything? I clicked on the link and it worked for me?

In the footer-callout-area: I need the margin or padding to be reduced so the whole text fits on 1 line instead of 2 in desktop view.

I tried and “Publish” was still ghosted out after I made text changes ??

No. After editing the text in one or all of the sections, the publish button is ghosted out and won’t let me publish the changes.
