  • Thanks Nicolas, that has sorted out my problem – I’m now about to create a menu structure for mobile devices – which will be much better than having to use the desktop one. The Hueman Theme gets better and better, thanks for your efforts,

My reply to this seemed to disappear…. try again:
Before updating to 3.3.9 I didn’t have a top bar and my main menu was in the header bar under an image. After updating the top bar appeared and contained my main menu as a disorganised list of menu items. I could not get rid of this by ensuring that no menu was chosen for the top bar. I’ve done a temporary fix by creating a menu for the top bar containing a link to the home page. but I don’t want to have to have a top bar!

Tried Safari 10.1 and Firefox 51.0.1 under MacOs 10.10.5. web site is https://srcmbc.org.uk/

    Cheers,
    Peter

Hi, I,m also having header problems after updating to 3.3.9. My main menu is in the header bar below the header image area and before I did not have a top bar. Now my main menu appears in the top bar (above the header image) simply as a list of menu items without any organisation. I can not turn this of by not selecting a menu for the top bar. As a temporary fix I’ve had to create a new top bar menu which simply has a link to the home page.

I’ve checked this with Safari 10.1 and Firefox 51.0.1 on a Mac under MacOs 10.10.5 (Yosemite). I could check using different browsers and operating systems but am loathe to remove my “fix” because without it the web site is very user unfriendly.

Thanks, Nicolas, good not to have to keep on switching browsers! Peter

Hi Nicolas, sorry to tell you but the customizer still freezes using safari (10.0.2) under MacOs 10.10.5 using Hueman 3.3.2 and addons 2.0.4. I don’t have the Links widget (whatever that was!). It’s not a major problem because the customizer works using Firefox (50.1.0) under MacOs. The situation has been the same (safari no, firefox yes) since 3.3.0. Btw the ability to apply different design options to different parts of the site is brilliant!
    Cheers, Peter

Oops, solved, …sort of! It works OK if the display has not been resized using [(cmd/apple)+]
