After hours of frustrations, I finally have my control panels back without errors! You’re right, it was the plugins that was the problem; the moment I manually reset my plugins via phpMyAdmin, there were no longer any Internal server errors, and I was able to regain full access to my blog.
Now it’s just the matter of updating and turning the plugins back one by one while making sure all the settings are correct, but sure beats not able to do anything at all.
