I’m using Astra Pro theme (https://wpastra.com/) as child and main theme. I’m using also the pro version of WP Dark Mode’s plugin.

With the default key (the first key found in Settings > Switch settings > Normal switches) everything should be fine. The problem occurs with the third key (the oval key with white circle on the left, gray background and moon with white outline on the right). With this button, the size is reset to the default size “L” instead of staying at the size I customized (“M”).

i tried to deactivate and re-activate the plugin and it worked! great job!!! ?? very very very thanks

Unfortunately the plugin have a bug in some view… I cannot see the icon list and file’s icon doesn’t show in my page (not in backend, not in frontend).

How it’s possible to choose a set of icons?? I tried to add a PDF and a ODT but the icons of this formats doens’t show… Thanks again!

Yes, exactly for this reason: i want to make it clear to my visitors that they have to click on the download button for starting the download… It will be possible to add this feature on the next updates? maybe a hide/show option in the block settings?

Unfortunately, I am not very familiar with these procedures and don’t really know how to do it.
I was hoping there would be a way to ask for it maybe in the next Gutenberg updates, as an extension of the basic “file block” functionality in the settings of the same from the regular text editor.
Could you describe to me the above steps?
And could you kindly tell me if there is a plugin that, without entering code (which for the likes of me is always scary), could show the size of a file uploaded with the file blocker?

Thank you for your reply, maybe I didn’t explain myself well.

So:
when I write in backend, using Gutenberg, and select the “file block”, WordPress makes me choose a “file” to add to the block.
So I choose the file and wait for it to load. So I publish the article and users can download the file by clicking on the “Download” button.

I would like users who visit the site (and not me on the backend) to be able to see, next to the “Download” button, how many MB (or Kbytes) that file takes up. And I would hope that users could have a preview of the file extension (this is quite different from writing everything by hand in the text block). I would like the “file size visible to users” option to be enabled by default so I don’t have to waste my time and edit everything by hand.

I use the plugin “YOAST” to constantly update my Sitemap, but i need a more “customized” function (i connected YOAST with Search Console but i think it is much slower in sending url.

There is no way to dirrectly connect my WordPress site with the Google Search Console? Like the Bing solution? It would be very appreciated!

Nel plugin, nella parte della cookie solution chiamata “Script blocking”, quali sono le differenze tra “Primary” e “Secondary” alla voce “Select parsing engine”? Grazie.

Gentile staff iubenda, ho aperto un ticket come richiesto, ma avrei una domanda piuttosto urgente da porre, sia per me che a beneficio della community:

– Mi confermate che il vostro cookie è perfettamente in grado di bloccare tutti i gli script e i cookie di Google AdSense (anche AMP automatici) e di Google Analytics (anche non anonimo)?

Perché, analizzando una pagina del sito con lo strumento Google Page Speed Insights, ho notato che sotto la voce “Rimuovi il codice Javascript non utilizzato” sono presenti 2 voci che non dovrebbero esserci e nello specifico:

- "https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"

- "https://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/rcCODICENUMERICO/rALTROCODICE/show_ads_impl_fy2019.js"

Questo succede anche se tutti gli altri cookies sono perfettamente bloccati (ho pagato per il vostro servizio di consenso preventivo ed ho attivato la spunta nel plugin WordPress chiamata “Automatically block scripts detected by the plugin”; né AddThis né altri script partono infatti).

In una delle vostre guide dichiarate la perfetta compatibilità del blocco di script con questi 2 servizi, allora perché vedo quelle 2 risorse citate sopra?

Scusate per il disturbo, ma è come se fosse un bug del plugin. Grazie

P.S. Ho anche provato a bloccare manualmente le 2 risorse in oggetto (iubenda > Cookie solution > Script blocking), ma niente.. Tutto è rimasto come prima

A voi risulta che Google AdSense e lo IAB abbiano ancora problemi di configurazione con il vostro plugin?
