In reply to: [Community Lite Video Chat] This is NOT FREEI had the exact same experience. The only place they mention that this plugin ISN’T free is under the “installation” page.
What a joke.
Clearing the cache worked. Thank you so much – I didn’t even know this option existed – might you consider moving it to to the “advanced” section of the “settings” page, too? Just a thought ??
Any news on this? It’s been more than a week.
Latest version: 1.3.87
This is very urgent – could I please have an update?

Please refer to the end of this support ticket, where someone replied on my comment on a different thread. It seems that this is a conflict with ANY slider plugin that, once installed, the reset password page no longer works. I’ve tried with two different slider plugins, and both have the same effect.
Any idea what is causing this and which slider plugin I can use that works with your plugin?
Maybe I wasn’t clear: the minute I install a slider plugin (i’ve tried 2 different plugins that have never caused other conflicts on my sites before), the reset doesn’t work anymore
The slider doesn’t appear on any of the UM pages – it only appears on the home page.
Deactivating the slider plugin fixes the problem. Since this problem appears with two different plugins that have nothing to do with this reset password page, I can only assume that the problem is with Ultimate Member.
Alternatively, please advise of a slider plugin that you know of that works with your plugin which I can use.
I have replaced that plugin with another (I need a slider), so I used Soliloquy. Now the form has stopped working again.
Do you know of a lightweight slider plugin that DOESN”T conflict with the password reset for Ultimate member?
Deactivating all plugins removes the issue. Activating only this plugin causes the issue to reoccur:
Widgetkit (yoothemes)
Any suggestions?
As far as I know, there is no server-side caching. How would I confirm this via Cpanel?
I have the latest version, and I don’t have any caching plugins installed.
I am having the same problem. I have the shortcode on my reset password page, and page has been added to the settings. However, after I’m done changing the password and try to log in with the new password, it tells me the password is incorrect. Tried resetting all plugin settings back to default, same problem. Need URGENT fix on this please.
I am also having this exact same problem. All plugins, wordpress, etc updated. User gets email with reset password link. Changes password. says it’s successful, but can’t login with the new password.
Please help!
