Setting the interval to “every 15 minutes” has fixed it!

That worked for the form output Mike.
I was however hoping to change the way the date is formatted in the actual form itself. Chromium and Opera display the DATE type as a pop-up calendar but Firefox does not.
The format we use in this part of the world is dd-mm-yyyy.

I have similar issues with a clean install of WP3.8.1 – it appears that the css and/or js of the admin section are not loading (the navigation of the dashboard is showing up as unordered lists). I’ve tried reinstalling but the result is the same. Any ideas?
