In reply to: [Spectra - WordPress Gutenberg Blocks] Customizer Problem since Update WP 6.7Looks like an update was just published fixing this issue. Spectra 2.16.4.
@cpiechotta That would align with what I’ve experienced. It’s only recently, after updating, that this issue has occurred.
The site I have Essential Blocks on doesn’t have WooCommerce but is experiencing the exact same issues that you’re facing. After trying to save, it seems to spike the CPU & it seems to put in a load of requests, which my server blocks as spam attacks. For 5-10 minutes, I get blocked from accessing all sites on the hosting plan.
I emailed the details above a few days ago and haven’t heard back yet.- This reply was modified 10 months, 3 weeks ago by Joe Jacks.
@stiofansisland Apologies Stiofan. Ticket sent.
Hey @cookieyesteam,
Yep – you’ve nailed it. That was the issue, litespeed cache appeared to be conflicting with your Plugin. I disabled some of the JS and CSS elements and it’s now working perfectly.Thanks for your support.
Kind regards,

In reply to: Can’t update Plugins – Can’t get rid of Maintenance@sterndata Where can I find more information about this bug? I manage 20 or so sites, all of them using Astra and all of them having the same issue Nadinmano faces where I cannot do a ‘bulk’ update of plugins, only able to update them manually.
I purchased the premium version of this plugin and designed a mega-menu with Elementor.
The first user to load the page see’s a horrible version of the mega menu. Each section is vertically stacked and takes up about 75% of the screen height (when it should be contained in a menu-sized bar).
I thought it might be a conflict with Litespeed or Cloudflare and disabled both, but still the same issue. I then learnt that the plugin has its own cache feature and it appears this is causing this issue.
I’ve been completely unable to use the plugin on my client’s site because of this issue above. I did attempt to speak to their support who’s only suggestion was “well the customer will just need to refresh the page to see it normally”. How this is their recommended solution for a paid product is beyond me.
They’ve said for months that disabling their cache is ‘coming soon’ but after 3-months of waiting it’s getting rather tiresome.

In reply to: [Neve] Change Menu Hover to ClickHi @betydbr,
I’m unfortunately creating the website locally and haven’t uploaded it to the domain yet.
I did suspect that it was going to be some form of javascript.
