1) Did you test with the latest version? Another user was having issues, since som e
$_SERVER
vars weren’t available. Did you check the logfile? Otherwise it’s hard to provide support for this without a way to reproduce this.2) With “on the website” you mean CleverReach or WordPress? Did you update the forms settings on your WordPress site?

thanks for reaching out. I can’t reproduce this. Which PHP version are you on? Lower than v7.3? I guess it’s the trailing comma on line 116 then.

folder. So that needs to be writable. It should have the same rights as/wp-content/uploads

@radscheit Version 2.4.2 wird gerade ver?ffentlicht und sollte auch Double-Opt-In-Mails an bereits existierende Nutzer, die noch nicht aktiviert sind, senden.

Ich habe es gerade mal bei der angegebenen Seite getestet und mich mit “[email protected]” eingetragen. Nach ein paar Minuten kam die Opt-In-Email.

Das k?nnte ich eventuell mal anpassen. Bitte mal mit einer neuen Adresse probieren oder die Testadresse entfernen und dann nochmal eintragen.
Pixelarbeit schrieb oben “CleverReach-Support musste manuell eingreifen”. Hier wissen wir nicht genau, was damit gemeint ist.
Das wei? ich leider selbst auch nicht, da es nur die Rückmeldung eines Nutzers war.

Bisher wurde es wie folgt gel?st:
– Impressum/Rechtliches bei CleverReach nicht komplett ausgefüllt
– CleverReach-Support musste manuell eingreifenLeider habe ich auch keine genaueren Infos.
The renewal shouldn’t create any issues as it runs in the background and doesn’t need to redirect to your site. But better double check this. The token should be renewed in one week and will be valid for 4 weeks again.
I think we already had this issue? Somehow
admin_url
is not using the multisites full URL and therefore CleverReach tries to redirect to itself which won’t work and give you the 404 error.
I think I tried it with a multisite some time ago and didn’t have this issue. So I’m not sure where this is coming from.You got everything resolved?
