Ok, the “this field is required” issue is solved by adding this to your css:

.wpcf7-form.invalid .wpcf7-form-control-wrap span {
	display: block !important;
}

Same here. I had to rollback to hCaptcha version 1.19.0 and had to place the [cf7-hcaptcha] shortcode in my contactform7 form. Then it displayed again.
Only checking the “activate hcaptcha for contactform 7” box in the settings did not work (I thought this was enough first).

I’ve read on the contactform7 support it’s a conflict caused by the hcaptcha update…

I asked the theme builder and they say it is indeed a issue with WPbakery and Polylang. He gave me this link: https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?term=polylang&from_buyers_and_authors_only=0&order_by=newest
I read something about a conflict in the “helpers.php” file, but I don’t know if they mean in WPbakery file or Polylang.

Like @polyartis says: same problem with my website. I never had the translation of media on. But after the recent Polylang update: images where gone nonetheless.

I now fixed it a bit by turning the media translation on, gave all my images the “dutch” original language and switched the media translation back off. Then they were back. I can’t imagine that the intention is now to repeat this procedure for each image…

I tried to uploaded new image and placed them on a page. But again: no images are showing…

It looks a bit like my problem (see my post). But I never had the media translation active and my images are now gone after the recent polylang update (when I deactivate polylang my images are back). Maybe your solution will help my problem too. ??

After contact with the theme makers they say it is not theme related but something with Polylang. Extra info: my “media translation” is not active (and never have been). I don’t need to translate my media.

I re-entered the API key and re-entered the restrictions. For now it seems to work again on my and my colleagues laptops and phones.

I asked my customer to see if he still has the problem on his laptop and phone. I am waiting on his answer. I hope the re-entering helped. Will post his answer as soon as I know more.

Update:

Apparently it doesn’t work on some devices. Some laptops and smartphones gives this message “This API project is not authorized to use this API. Please ensure this API is activated in the Google Developers.”.

While other laptops and smartphones shows the map.
