Thank you for your response but your article talks about a problem with gmail. However, the person who tried to fill out the form twice on our site has a yahoo.com address, therefore not gmail…

Mon adresse mail est insérée à ce moment là en plus de l’adresse mail de l’internaute… cependant j’utilise les mêmes paramètres que sur les autres sites… J’aimerais vraiment ne pas recevoir cela car cela ne me regarde pas.</font></font>Thanks for your aid

It’s a bit complicated to do this because the site is online… I think I’ll continue to download the backups from dropbox since you tell me that there is no reason why they shouldn’t be complete…

In terms of host there is no problem, I use this same host for around twenty sites and I never have a problem downloading backups. On the site in question, before there was no problem, it was recently that I was not able to download the backups…
I enabled debug mode on the site but it didn’t create an error log automatically, so I took a screenshot of what was displayed at the top of the site (see attachment).
Otherwise in the Chrome console there is no js error (see attachment).

Yes nothing happens when I click on “database”, “extensions”, “themes”… to download them.
