You should consider changing line 38 of wp-content/plugins/maintenance/load/js/jquery.frontend.js @webfactory

jQuery(window).load(function() {

should become

jQuery(window).on('load', function(){

jQuery event-aliases like .load(), .unload() or .error() are deprecated since jQuery 1.8.

Just an extra comment: if your theme has a woocommerce.php file on the theme root folder the method suggested by lorro will not work.

About the WPAlchemy MetaBox.php error it seems that I have created a workaround on this. Here’s some help:
