From my research, this connection has some specific instructions for connecting with Avada. Search for your theme and “Endicia to WooCommerce”. To be transparent, this is outside of the scope of support we can provide as it is not our product, but the support team at Avada will be able to give you some direction and insight.
I am going to go ahead and close out this chat as we recommend reaching out to the folks at Avada for assistance.

It is quite possible that Flexible Shipping Pro and Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce are not integrated, so talking to the support team is a great idea.

I’m sorry to hear that the site crashed on you and simultaneously relieved that you had a back up ready to go. Kudos to you for thinking ahead.
I do have an additional thing to try here that tends to help out sites with **time-out** errors. When reviewing the
System Status Report
, I noticed thatPHP Time Limit
was set to30
. Please update that to at least300
.Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded
PHP Time Limit: 30
This can be set by your host if you don’t feel comfortable changing that setting. Let us know how it goes!

Anything you would suggest for activation of this feature working with BeTheme? It worked before and we have built everything around this theme so I am not able to just swap it out easily. What are your thoughts?
I think it is time to call in the BeTheme pros here and reach out to their support team for insight. They would best be able to let you know if adding this functionality is a possibility.

There is an active bug referencing the error message you are receiving when trying to finish up the Facebook connection workflow. There is also a workaround that has had some success with people if you can give the following a try and let us know how it goes:
1. From Facebook Business Manager, navigate to
More Tools → Business Settings > Brand Safety > Domains
(alternatively, go to
Commerce > All Tools > Business Settings > Brand Safety > Domains
)
2. Use one of 3 options to Verify your domain.

When it comes to the specifics of the application of GDPR, we always recommend reaching out to a lawyer as they will be able to guide you more accurately. While we can give resources to you to help guide you along the way, the exact information you’re looking for is best handled by a law professional.
That said, WooCommerce is open source, which means that it and WooCommerce Payments have many applications and it is largely up to the site admin and their hosting platform. We don’t offer WooCommerce cloud services at this time.

Currently, there’s no way to enable rich text or HTML tags in the descriptions sent to Facebook. HTML is stripped from the description. You can see that mentioned in the Facebook for WooCommerce documentation here. To provide some clarity, you are using the
Commerce Manager
, not theFeed

There does appear to be an active bug report for Braintree and PHP 8.0 compatibility that has had a bit of movement. I don’t have an exact ETA on when this will be addressed, but keep an eye out on the Braintree changelog for any upcoming code changes.
As for your System Status Report, I’d consider connecting your site to allow for automatic updates, but that is about it.

We’re going to need a bit more context about what is going on here. We’re going to need to review your debug logs for Google Listings & Ads. Go to: WooCommerce > Status > Logs. In the dropdown menu near the top right, look for any logs where the name begins with google-listings-and-ads, followed by a date, followed by some random letters/numbers and press the “view” button.
Please copy/paste the most recent log file here so that we can review and start working on getting you connected.
