I don’t see Structured data section in AMP settings. To be honest I don’t see the entire AMP settings section. Why?

I’m using the version 0.4.2 on WordPress 4.6.2.

I have the same issue. I’ve just updated the plugin, I see the new logo folder structure but any logo moved there! Is there a way to align all automatically?
My previous version was 3.9.3

I solved by adding the team parameter in the shortcode.
