Hi @idlia ,
Firstly, I apologize for the delayed response. We are currently in the holiday season.
We are really keen on finding out the cause of the plugin not working in your case. Fixing it is crucial for us as it could potentially solve the issue for other users as well.
Could you please let me know exactly what is not working and what has been configured?
If you still have the plugin configured, it would be great if you could provide us with a link to the product where Cross-Selling is set up. If that’s not possible anymore, at least let us know which theme you are using.
For example, I have the module set to “In a drawer” option, and when I add a product to the cart that has cross-selling set up, the drawer doesn’t slide out.
I’m really looking forward to resolving the issue in your store together.
Best, Piotr.
Hello @christinamsophy21 ,
I hope my previous message finds you well. I just wanted to follow up and check if the solution I provided was helpful in resolving your issue.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
Please note that if we don’t receive a response from you within the next three days, we will assume that the issue has been resolved and close this ticket.?
Best regards,
PiotrIf you would like to display cross-selling products on a specific product page, please switch the cross-selling mode to “On product page” in the plugin settings.?
You can find the plugin settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Splendid Sales Booster.
By default, the plugin works in “In a drawer” mode.?
We have explained the difference between these modes in the FAQ section of our plugin page:?
The “In a drawer” display option for cross-sells section shows our cross-selling module as a sliding drawer instead of displaying it directly on the product page. This option is useful when products in your store are added from listings, such as from a store page, without going to the product page. The drawer display also works great when you have an unusual page layout, such as a landing page with a pricing table where there is no space to display the cross-selling section above the add-to-cart button.
Another place where the sliding drawer module will work well is when the product module is embedded on an article page, where the customer would not see a cross-selling section placed above the add-to-cart button.
The “On product page” option, on the other hand, displays our cross-selling module on the product page directly above the Add to Cart button. This is a great place to show complementary products or to create product bundles.
Please let me know if changing this option resolves your issue.
Best regards,

Best, PiotrHello @mainspring92,
Thank you for your message. We only display products that can be purchased, which means that the attached product must have a set price and be in stock. Therefore, make sure that the attached product meets these parameters.
Let me know if that was the issue.
