The reason why this is happening is that the calendar needs to have a price set. If no price is set, it will just place the product in the cart with no information.
In your case, when setting the availability you need to set up a price of 8 in the calendar and it should work.

To remove it you have to edit the file booking-system/addons/woocommerce/includes/class-woocommerce-order.php on line 545 and comment this code:

Version 3 will have the option for the admin to change the reservations details, including pricing and sending a payment links, depending on the payment system used.
Version 3 is in BETA at the moment for clients that have a PRO licence. We expect to have a full launch and replace version 2 by the end of the year. We will be adding features constantly throughout the year until we cover all the features that version 2 has.

Our plugin doesn’t work with variable products. You can try to add the variables using the Extras features of the plugin.

We have left the Envato Marketplace in 2016 and till the end of 2018 we have allowed users that wanted and still used the plugin to move the license on our website. We have promoted this on the product page and in the plugin of users that update the plugin. Now you will have to buy a new license if you want the latest version.

While the plugin is integrated with WooCommerce Products, the form fields will not work. As the contact information is taken from the WooCommerce Checkout Page. Other functions of the plugins that are disabled while using it with WooCommerce are the following: Coupons, Email and SMS notifications.
