Hi,
You can try the following: Go to Pinpoint Booking System -> Settings -> User Permissions and tick the option Allow administrator users to view all the calendars from all the users and/or individually add/edit them.

We will be checking why the format isn’t displaying correctly.
The email and SMS message shortcodes for reservation are the following |CALENDAR_ID|, |LANGUAGE|, |CURRENCY|, |CURRENCY_CODE|, |CHECK_IN|, |CHECK_OUT|, |START_HOUR|, |END_HOUR|, |NO_ITEMS|, |PRICE|, |PRICE_TOTAL|, |START_HOUR|, |EXTRAS_PRICE|, |DISCOUNT_PRICE|, |COUPON_PRICE|, |FEES_PRICE|, |DEPOSIT_PRICE|, |PAYMENT_METHOD|, |TRANSACTION_ID|, |IP| as you can see we don’t have one for reservation ID.Best Regards,

You remove it by going to Pinpoint Booking System -> Calendar -> Edit calendar payment gateways and disable “Enable payment on arrival”.

You can’t deactivate them from appearing you have to make them each one unavailable manually. When you reset the availability the reservations will not disappear from your system.
