In reply to: [Quotes for WooCommerce] Quoted Product vs. Regular ProductHi,
I apologize for the delay in response and am glad you liked the plugin.
Currently the plugin handles the above mentioned scenario by removing the existing products in the Cart, adding the new product and displaying a message to the user mentioning the same.
So, in a scenario where a ‘regular product’ is already present in the Cart and the user adds a ‘quote product’, then the ‘regular product’ is removed, the ‘quote product’ is added and a message is displayed to the user mentioning the same.
The same is true for a reversed situation where a ‘quote product’ is already present in the Cart and a ‘regular product’ is being added.
However, no settings are provided as of now, which allows the admin to setup how to handle the above mentioned scenarios or customize the message as needed.
I will definitely list this suggestion down and will try to include it in one of the next few updates.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] does not workHi,
Can you please try putting in the path for wget. So instead of wget can you please try /usr/bin/wget or /bin/wget.
You can ask the hosting provider for the correct path.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Send mail to admin is not workingHi,
Sorry for the delay in response. The abandoned orders are listed in the Abandoned Orders tab. Emails are not sent to the admin for any of the abandoned carts.
Cron job needs to be setup to send reminder emails to the customers who have abandoned their carts.
If you are using a Linux server, then you will need to setup a cron job for the file: “woocommerce-abandon-cart-lite/cron/send_email.php”
You can decide what frequency you want to set the above script to run at, for example 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] only 3 custom variables availableHi,
The LITE version has only 3 custom variables listed. As for them not being replaced, can you please let me know if the issue still exists?
Please note that they are replaced only in the reminder emails and not the test emails as we do not have any data to replace them with in the test emails.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Send email in different languagesHi,
No, it is currently not possible to send emails in different languages. You can draft the email in any language of your choice, but then that will the language in which it will be sent to all the clients. Language in emails is not client specific.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Emails not sendingHi,
You need to setup the cron job manually using cpanel. Once that is done, the cron will be run at the set time interval and emails will be sent out.
Thanks,
