Yes, you can modify the email template contents similar to customizing the WooCommerce emails.

Simply go to

1. WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails
2. Click on the Manage button for the email you wish to modify
3. Scroll down and click on Copy file to theme button.
4. This will create a copy of the email in wp-content/themes/<your active theme>/quotes-for-wc/emails/
5. Edit the PHP file as needed.

I apologize for the delay. I was tied up with releasing a premium version of the plugin on the WooCommerce marketplace and hence the delay.

I’ve tried locating the email but somehow I’m unable to find the files you had sent.

In case if you have a staging/dev environment where I can replicate the issue, I can quickly look at it and help you fix the same.

You can use the hook mentioned in the link below to change the method name.

The code can be placed in a PHP snippets plugin used on the site or in the functions.php file of your active theme.

The page layout depends on the theme design. I think this is how it would appear even when an order is placed with another payment method for products that are not quotable.

The theme support might be able to help you out with this.

Thank you for using the Quotes for WooCommerce plugin. I tested the plugin with WooCommerce 8.6.0 and the price is hidden on the products listing page as well as the single product pages based on settings.

Can you kindly let me know if you are using the latest version of the Quotes plugin or no? If not, please update to the latest version and test once more.

In case if you using the latest version and still face an issue, can you please let me know the WordPress, WooCommerce versions?

Have you recently updated the theme or any other plugins which might be causing a conflict?

Please replace the existing plugin file in wp-content/plugins/quotes-for-woocommerce/assets/css/qwc-frontend.css with the replace file.

Clear the cache and go to the front end and add a product with quote to the Cart from the single product page and check if the fix works.

I’ve checked this thoroughly. The best possible solution is to add a custom code which will allow you to charge fees for credit card on the WooCommerce payment page.

I presume that you would be using a plugin to add these fees for a normal WooCommerce order (without quote products) on the Checkout page.

You can can get in touch with the developer of the plugin to help you build this custom code. The developer can use his existing plugin settings to help you achieve the same.
