Thanks for the help, but the problem is different.
One more point (Settings):
Administration Email Address: some_name@some_name.com (it was before the update)
Administration Email Address: info@local_ip_address (became after update)

local_ip_address – Synology NAS

Hosting works fine. The problem appeared on the local server.
