Hello. Sorry for not being clear. I wish to make the log entry field required. This will be very helpful for our application that do a lot of manual adjustments. See screenshot below.

Is there a way that I can make the log entry field a required field?

We got it. Somehow it skipped our eyes that there is a PHP code for the form ?? Everything is working perfectly now.

Good to know that there’s nothing in the code that may result in this error. I will triple check everything and will even install on a different server.
