I did use phpmyadmin to check the users table and there were no new entries in there. There were only two entries and neither of them was anything like the one in the message above.
There is only one entry now.
I engaged lockdown mode and no further “logins” have occurred yet.

I am having this as well. if i move the image to the root and enter the url as just the filename I get the image but no control over it’s size. any ideas?
