yes i already could fix the problem just wanted to say that it was already with the theme ??

yes my “old” theme had the call of jquery-1.6.3.min.js
so it was for me no plugin … it was already included in the function.php of the theme

i also changed the the rules for my function php now its not writable anymore

i also had this code in the function.php

i just delete it and now seems to work fine..
maybe any plugin i had installed was rewriting the function.php….
