I vaguely remember dealing with this a few months ago and they said their logs ready that WP was prompting these emails.

After using Filezilla on a PC and Cyberduck on OSX, I just deleted the RSS include at the top and it worked fine…

I just redid that (deleting files vs. overwriting them) and still no luck. ??

The only problem I had was that my content in my dashboard disapeared.

I dont get the prompt at home…
