OK looks like a php 7.2 compatibility issue.
As soon as I revert to php7.1 the errors for ITSEC goes away.

Sorry @nlpro, but I’m not sure what you mean.

This is on a cPanel server running php7.2 . Not sure how/what to adjust from what you are saying.
In addition, why would everything else work OK as soon as I disable ITSEC. That would let me there is an issue with the plugin and or plugin settings.

Thx @joegus your file definitely made a difference, I just can’t get the final bit worked out.
First pic is before your fix, with the discounts added up and subtracted from each as a total.
Second pic is after your fix, with the single discount subtracted from each item.

Third one is the problem (with your fix applied), it wants to apply the single biggest discount to each item instead of each discount to it’s own.

– For this product I only have two variants, and one discount. –They are ‘Tickets’ products though and I’m not sure if that was causing the problem.

Any ideas guys?

Thank you very much Alan, your approach resolved the issue.

I used the code in wp-config.php to successfully define my media folder relative to install, even though it is not in the wp folders at all.

Ran the plugin reset and wp-sweep and MLP picked up all the folders and existing images.

Only down-side, this approach doesn’t give end-user the quick setting page fields to define the media folders. – we’ll investigate that separately, thanks

Bang! The same happened to me, I got sent in circles for 3 weeks now by tech support blaming everything else. Finally saying that it’s unique so must be something on my server. Couldn’t save that screen, so couldn’t fix ALL the ‘advance settings’ file url’s, so couldn’t get it off dev site urls.
Beside that the url should update or be relative, you can’t go into the table to fix it manually either.
Wasted so much time, but Thanks Sneader for your extra info. Now let’s see what they say!

What a joke, Have been emailing ‘tech support’ since 25 Nov re this issue.
Have upgrade, downgraded, de-activated, unistalled, re-installed, reset tool, permalinks and still ‘Gallery -> Other Options’ does not save.

Today, after they wanted login credentials, their reply is your thumbnail issue is fixed. and they did not bother to try and fix the url that dont save under Lightbox effects. Still can’t get my dev site url removed. Bad enough that it does not update automatically, but can’t fix it manually either.

Seriously unimpressed at this stage esp after I paid for PRO.
