Hi.
I had a similar problem on one of my website, but I can confirm that pagination works with Simply Static. aviboy2006, believe me, you should investigate on your website, there’s a “broken” link or ressource somewhere in your website making that page generated ;).
PS. I had a look to your website and the dynamic content you have, is not adapted to static content ;)…
Amicably,
Pierre.
Already done two times (three with today) by mail at [email protected].
I hope that this time, I’ll get an answer…Amicably,

In reply to: [Backup and Staging by WP Time Capsule] Why register at wptimecapsule.com?Good question :)… I’d like to know too.
Hi Nicolas.
All the things become statics, so actually, except the use of a Google form or something similar, there’s no way to make it works :(…

In reply to: [Backup and Staging by WP Time Capsule] Is it working with MultisiteHi Surbma.
It just have been implemented today ?? but I’m not sure how to correctly use it…
Hi Scott ?? !
It makes a long time ?? !! I would like to suggest a feature about the email address obfuscation.
As SS have problem when email are protected by the native WP function “antispambot” when it’s called before the static generation of webpages, I’ve stopped to use it. But I’d like to ask you if you can implement it by your side :).
So BTW, each time SS will find an URL beginning by “mailto:” this is YOUR plugin that will do the job by calling the “antispambot” function :).
Like, actually, we can’t use form (at least in an easy way), it will be a really cool feature to protect our email addresses ;).TIA.

Hi Scott ?? !
I have tried the last release (1.6.2) but the bug still exist. If I don’t call ‘add_filter’ everything works fine. But if I do it (like in the line bellow : `add_filter(‘the_content’,’search_and_replace_email’);
the_content();`function search_and_replace_email ($string) { $pattern = "/[_a-z0-9-]+(\.[_a-z0-9-]+)*@[a-z0-9-]+(\.[a-z0-9-]+)*(\.[a-z]{2,3})/i"; preg_match_all($pattern, $string, $matches); foreach ($matches[0] as $email) { $string = str_replace($email, antispambot($email), $string); } $string = str_replace("mailto:", antispambot("mailto:"), $string); return $string; }
<a href="https://domain.tld/contact/mailto:mail@domain.tld">mail@domain.tld</a>
I think that your function is “lost” as the antispambot is passed before and Simply Static think that it is a “standard” URL :(…Any solution to protect email ?
TIA.

Pierre.
Hi lolo08 ?? !
This is tipically a problem of “rights”. I think that your theme use a font from an other domain (Google ?) or from your WP hosted subdomain.
But on the website hosting your static file the server can’t access to this font…
I’m practically sure that if you have access to your .htaccess file in the domain who host your static files your problem will be resolved by adding these lines ??<FilesMatch “\.(eot|ttf|otf|woff)$”>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
</FilesMatch>Amicably,

In reply to: [Simply Static - The WordPress Static Site Generator] The perfect static toolExactly the same needs than innerchildweb :)…
I’ll just add the option to keep the work delayed. Because it can be more comfortable to work this manner ;). Otherwise, I totally agree with him ?? !
Impatient to see it all ?? !

YEEEES ?? !!
Everything is working fine now ?? ! No more broken image or broken Google maps ?? ! Great !
The email addresses hidden by the native WP function
antispambot
are now parsed but give :
https://domain.tld/current_page(post)/mailto:[email protected]
instead of stay untouched :).
Anyway, that great improvements and I wish to thank you again because you’re gone to give us a pretty cool plugin Scott ?? !!Amicably,
Pierre.

Hi Scott ?? !
I’ve tried it. The upgrade is now ok, the link to the generated pages is really cool, but every tag generated by the new release contain some
useless empties tagssrc="" href=""
, one class have disappeared (.et-animated) from my class attributes, some styles attributes disappear too and the img src change from :
<img alt="" src="https://domain.tld/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2016/04/screen-600x450.jpg">
to :
<img srcset="" lowsrc="" dynsrc="" longdesc="" usemap="" alt="" src="https://domain.tld/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2016/04/screen-600x450.jpg">
making some of them not displaying at all on the generated page… And I don’t understand why.
My google maps doen’t show anymore…
So for the moment, I think that I’m gone keep the 1.4.1 release ;)…PS. You’ll can see by yourself on the developpment website ;).

In reply to: [Simply Static - The WordPress Static Site Generator] Bug with Divi "project"Hi Scott ?? !
you’ll find an example on the homepage of the development website I’ve sent to you.
Normally the URL have to be https://domain.tld/projet/projet-4/ but the generated static page “transforms” it in https://domain.tld/projet-4/TIA.
